As well as a rigorous process of police checks, CRB checks and reference checks, we monitor, supervise and provide on going training for our staff according to your needs. Our management team are pro-active and will regularly monitor and review your needs and discuss whether our staff are providing you with the right care in strict confidence. We also provide questionnaires so that we can monitor our quality assurance programme.
