The registered manager is Jo Murphy RN BSc (Hons). She is an experienced carer and is trained as a staff nurse at degree level. Jo also holds a degree in health care studies, NVQ level 2 training in Business Administration and has experience of managing a hospital ward. At present she is completing the new Leadership and management in care services award and has been trained by RoSPA as a moving and handling trainer.

Diversity of Care Staff:-

Our professional staff have a mixtue of different skills such as British Sign Language 1&2, a Braille typist, an adult nurse, a safer moving & handling trainer, a counsellor and fully trained NVQ staff, who are ready to meet your needs.

 

All our staff receives regular training in all aspects of their work including:-

• Food Hygiene
• Administration of Medication
• Infection Control
• Health and Safety
• Care and Protection of Vulnerable Adults
• Other Specialist Needs such as Dementia Care etc.
